Having your pet's medical records on hand when you need them can save you a ton of time. When you Request Records on the VitusVet app, we'll send an email to your practice so you can have them available 24/7. Be sure to make a request for each one of your pets.

Once uploaded, your pet's records will be automatically linked to your pet's profile in the app.

We'll also invite your veterinary practice to join the VitusVet network. Once they join, you'll be able to:

1. Access your pet's medical records after visiting your veterinarian
2. Make appointments and request prescription refills directly through the app
3. Receive digital reminders for upcoming vet appointments
4. Share medical records with groomers, kennels, and other caretakers
